Return & Refund Policy – Maa Santoshi Press

1. Eligibility for Return

We take great care in processing every order. Since most of our printing jobs are customized and printed as per customer specifications, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged, misprinted, or defective products
• Wrong item delivered
• Printing errors caused from our end

We do not accept returns for incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes, low-resolution images) unless it's an error from our side.

2. Timeframe for Request

Any issue with the order must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to offer a return or refund.

3. Process for Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following:

• Order number or receipt
• Description of the issue
• Photographs showing the damage or error (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process a refund via bank transfer.

Note: Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Exchange Policy

In applicable cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a free reprint or replacement of the defective product. This is subject to product availability and the type of error reported.

6. No Refund Policy Applies to:

• Customer-approved proofs with printing mistakes
• Delays caused by courier companies or external circumstances
• Color variation due to digital-to-print differences
