We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate our terms or applicable laws.

4. Payment & Taxes

All applicable taxes including GST are to be paid by the customer. Please ensure correct billing details are provided to claim any input credits (if applicable).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order. We are not liable for delays due to incomplete addresses, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

6. Refunds & Returns

We offer full refunds or replacements for valid product issues reported within 15 days of delivery. Refunds for online payments will be made through the original payment method. For COD, refund will be processed via bank transfer upon receiving valid account details.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we aim to resolve matters amicably. If unresolved, legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
